Five textile hanging baskets have been installed to brighten up the Piazza in Huddersfield outside Thread Republic.
The hanging baskets are part of the Creative Piazza collective Spring Garden project taking place during the Easter weekend, but the baskets will remain on display on the Piazza throughout the summer and visible to passers-by 24/7.
The five baskets have been decorated with over 300 textile flowers and foliage pieces that have been knitted, stitched and crocheted by Thread Republic volunteers since January 2025.
Next time you're passing the Piazza, remember to look up!
